merry, thanks for the word definition. I'm still not comfortable calling victims of natural disasters "refugees" for some reason - but understand why the news media used the word after reading your posting. Thanks.

pwayfarer, with the amount of people posting at some sites the past few days, we were transformed to the old abuzz days. Responses were disappearing - pages appeared saying "contact the administrator". LOL

Keep the faith, wildclickers! The outpouring of aid for displaced persons and companion animals phenominal <even with the horrific stories of those who were not able to escape the devastation>
