I am looking to buy a train ticket in Sweden, this is the condition for the cheap ticket. Could someone translate it into English.

JUST NU-BILJETT

Just Nu tickets on SJ
"Right now ticket"
When you want to travel cheaply.
We offer it up till and including the day before departure, but it is cheaper the earlier you book your travel.
The price varies depending upon supply, demand and also which day and time you choose to travel.
Just-nu tickets can be refunded, with a booking fee along with a cancellation fee of 100 SEK per ticket (specific for Just Nu tickets), the latest 7 days before departure.
Thereafter, no refund will be granted.
To "re-book" implies return custom (?) and you must buy a new ticket.
Just-Nu tickets can neither be bought or distributed on the train.

Hope this helps. It should be 99% right, but I'm English, not Swedish :-)

You're welcome :-)

I don't know what the ticket was called when I was in Sweden, but I bought my ticket from central station in Stockholm the same day as I arrived in the city with a few days advance notice so it didn't cost too much... I went to Karlstad, chaning at örebro and was impressed that I could buy a train then coach transfer ticket. When I returned to Stockholm from Eskilstuna (long story involving lifts etc) I went to Eskilstuna station and just purchased a travel now ticket, which surprisingly also did not cost as much as I feared.. I'm sure less that I had researched on the SJ website.... The trains are preety easy over there.. although I work for the railway here in the UK so I guess I would find it easier than some :-)

God tur! (have a nice trip)
