Hi,
If you already have language bar shown at the bottom, right click it then click on "setting" and click on "add". You'll have choices of languages from drop down menu". After choosing the window'll close. Then click (left click) on the language bar and choose the language you want the keyboard to type. You can change back and fort as you like.

If the language bar is not shown at the bottom bar (toolbar), right click on the toolbar, then click on "toolbars" and then tick on "language bar". Then do as mention above. Hope this help.
