I don't usually post stories like this without comment... but this just struck me as very funny. The part about the mindless customer service drones answering the phones made me laugh out loud.
Quote:Habbas was even more shocked when, on several occasions, he said he called an 800-number for JP Morgan Chase and spoke to operators in an effort to complain. Each time, he says the operators called up his information on a computer but apparently didn't catch on. According to Habbas, "The operators always said, 'Yes, Mr. Palestinian Bomber, how can we help you?' "
...
It is unclear if the person responsible for the letter knew Habbas was of Palestinian descent or simply guessed. A CAIR official said Habbas is a fairly common Arab name.
The incident comes on the heels of last week's announcement by Comcast that two customer service representatives in Chicago were fired after they changed a woman's name to "Bitch Dog" on her bill. She had repeatedly complained about bad service.

This is the company kickycan has been unhappily working for -- one can see why...
A similar situation just happened with Comcast (i think it was Comcast) except the lady's name had been replaced with "B*tch Dog"
