That would depend upon how much total fat were in your diet, so you can only determine the answer for yourself. Milk has a diuretic effect, so you might be up to pee in the middle of the night.

Why is this on the video games forum ?

As a kid I drank about a gallon of milk every day...I grew up to be six foot four. I also burned off the calories by playing actual sports every day.

Not conclusive. Were there an Olympic category for laziest man alive, i'd have a room full of gold medals--and i still grew up to be over six feet tall.

Not conclusive at all...I wuz just sharing.

I likes me some milk.
I hit my head on door frames sometimes.
I used to toss a mean curveball.

Sometimes I say ridiculous things.

Drinking Milk
Dunno about the time but Bedtime snacks can help. An amino acid called tryptophan, found in milk, turkey, and peanuts, helps the brain produce serotonin, a chemical that helps you relax. Try drinking warm milk or eat a slice of toast with peanut butter or a bowl of cereal before bedtime. Plus, the warmth may temporarily increase your body temperature and the subsequent drop may hasten sleep.
