i dont like foods which are rich in ghee ..
Looked at some earlier pages where there was a discussion of chicken feet. I believe that Elizabeth David promoted the use of chicken feet in chicken stock. I looked for them for a long time but in this era of prepackaged meats, supermarket butchers do little to the product and some of the stranger cuts are no longer available.
I finally saw chicken feet somewhere . . . a few years back . . . on a day when I would not be making soup. They surprised me!
