"I must not fear. Fear is the mindkiller. Fear is the little death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past me I will turn to see fear's path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain."
"What does not destroy us - we destroy, and it makes us stronger."
"War is peace. Freedom is slavery. Ignorance is strength."
"Seize the day: trust not to the morrow."
There are some great Latin translation websites on the web, just google it.
mihi non est timendum. Timor ut mors parva est, quae totam deletionem affert. Stabo contra timorem meum. Permittam eum super me et per me ire.
Et cum is a me abscesserit, ego circumvertar, ut viam timoris videam.
it is "I must not fear....."
Quod nos non perdit, idem nos perdimus et hoc facit nos fortiores = What does not destroy us - we destroy, and it makes us stronger
Bellum est pax. Libertas est servitudo. Ignoratio est vis.
War is peace. Freedom is slavery. Ignorance is strength
Carpe diem, non crede diei postero
Seize the day: trust not to the morrow
what does not kill us makes us stronger
in latin
Here's how I translate it:
Quod non me interficit, me corroborat.
Wouldn't that be "Quod non nos interficit, nos corroborat."? Plural not singular...
Good catch, GA!
"Nos" it is.
