He looks around briefly and finds what he's looking for.
Just slightly embarassed, he approaches the clerk and asks to purchase one of the blow up dolls he sees on display.
The clerk asks if he wants a regular doll or a muslim one.
Confused, he asks what the difference is.

The clerk replies "The Muslim ones blow themselves up."
