Reports from various sources (including Indian and Middle Eastern media, open-source intelligence, and regional outlets) claim US Delta Force units (elite special operations forces) have been redeployed near Iran's borders, specifically at bases in northern Iraq like Al-Harir Air Base or near Erbil. This follows their reported role in the Maduro capture. Some accounts also mention the 101st Airborne Division bolstering presence in Iraqi Kurdistan. These deployments are framed as direct orders from Trump amid the protests, raising fears of potential high-value target operations (e.g., against Khamenei) or escalation. However, mainstream Western outlets (Reuters, AP, CNN, BBC) focus primarily on Trump's rhetorical warnings, Khamenei's responses, and the protests themselves—without independent confirmation of large-scale Delta "massing" or imminent invasion. Iranian officials and state media blame the US and Israel for stoking unrest and have threatened retaliation against American forces if interfered with.

Exxon’s CEO was especially blunt about President Trump's Venezuela oil plan during a televised portion of the meeting. “We’ve had our assets seized there twice, and so you can imagine to re-enter a third time would require some pretty significant changes,” he said. “Today it’s uninvestable.” Read more:

People are so brainwashed into the left/right nonsense that when someone speaks truth, if that truth doesn’t align lockstep with their “side”, they assume that person is on the opposite “side”. This is the level of consciousness we are dealing with.

ICE: be warned. He will stage a killing of one or more of you to justify using the insurrection act to call up the military
Purely conjecture or prescience? I don't know.
The Headline Lab
At a White House roundtable, Donald Trump presses a Halliburton executive about why his company left Venezuela. The answer is blunt. They were forced out in 2019. By U.S. sanctions. His sanctions.
This is what policy amnesia looks like in real time. Sanctions are sold as pressure on foreign governments, but they also push Western companies out, collapse investment, and hand leverage to whoever fills the vacuum next. Then, years later, the same politicians ask why the exits happened, as if the cause and effect were a mystery.
It’s not complicated. You can’t torch an economy, block legal business, and then act surprised when companies leave and instability follows. That isn’t strategy. It’s self-inflicted damage with a press release.
And when even the executives sitting at your table have to explain your own decisions back to you, the “strong leadership” brand starts to look a lot like a rerun.
Sally Field: "Feeling numb about our democracy? Well, so am I."
But here's what most people don't know: while everyone's watching Congress, Trump's allies are targeting county clerks, state courts, and election boards—the positions that control how your vote gets cast, counted, and certified.

📌 It is Monday, so all of those were from just this past weekend.
Today is my first day back with the #24in24 since before Christmas when I was sick with the flu.
A lot has happened, and there is much I must tell you - but… we will have time for that.
First, I just want to humbly say THANK YOU.
For those who push me, thank you… for those who tell me to rest, thank you.
For those who I have never met but somehow read this today, thank you too — and welcome to the first #24in24 with Ms. G of 2026!
Monday - Friday, 7am CST - you can come to this page and find a #24in24 recap of headlines from the last 24 hours.
You can drop a comment with the numbers or stories you want me to focus on, and I’ll either respond via comment, cover them live, or in a follow-up post.
*New* Monday - Friday, 9am CST, I’m going live on FB to walk through some of these stories and cover things that didn’t make the #24in24; really just to hold space, take thoughts or questions.
This #24in24 daily practice is not just about reporting—it’s about witnessing.
It is about holding a mirror up to power, chronicling the real-time story of this administration, and creating a record that doesn’t rely on forgetfulness or selective memory.
One day, this will be a resource—a detailed map of what happened, who was involved, and how ordinary people, systems, and institutions were affected.
Yes; that means I am still turning this into a book.
Here…it is about context, accountability, and clarity—so no one can say “I didn’t know,” and so future generations have the information they need to understand this moment fully.
Beyond individual stories, there are patterns—threads that weave through policies, statements, and actions that reveal deeper truths.
The patterns exist everywhere—in policy, in rhetoric, in who gains and who suffers.
They are not random; they are deliberate, recurring, and recognizable.
By chronicling these events daily, we are learning to name these patterns: the consolidation of power, the normalization of fear, the erosion of institutions, the bending of law to favor the few.
When we name them, we strip them of invisibility.
That matters more than you know.
Once named, they can be met, challenged, and ultimately beaten.
Awareness is not passive—it is the first step toward resistance.
This daily record transforms scattered headlines into a blueprint for understanding the machinery of influence and manipulation.
This is why the daily practice matters.
I have repeatedly told myself this my weeks on break.
Each entry is a stitch in a tapestry that reveals the design behind the chaos.
By connecting the dots, we will illuminate the levers of power, the pressure points, and the cracks that allow justice, accountability, and humanity to reassert themselves.
Witnessing is a form of empowerment.
It is saying: we see you…we know what you are doing…and your patterns—your strategies—will not go unaddressed.
They can be resisted.
They can be overcome.
They WILL be.
Because history does not have to repeat itself blindly.
We name the moves; we mark the map; and the next chapter is ours to write.
Remember that.
Also… remember to take a deep breath in… hold… and slowly release.
Repeat as needed.
This next part isn’t about who speaks loudest, but the longest.
As always…links to sources will be📌’d in the comments.
I will also 📌 my Substack for easier readability for those interested.
See you tomorrow!

I CAN'T EMBED THE VIDEOS HERE. yOU WOULD NEED TO SEARCH sHAUN kING TO SEE THEM.
Below I am going to embed give videos that the American media will never show you.
Not because they don’t exist. Not because they aren’t newsworthy. But because they don’t fit the story we’ve been force-fed for decades — a story where Iran is always a cartoon villain, and America is always the reasonable adult in the room.
These videos show massive crowds in Iran — not protesting their government, but rallying for their government and against Trump and outside interference. You may agree with them or disagree with them. That’s not the point. The point is that this is real and it’s happening — and Americans are being kept blind to it on purpose.
In short, 24 headlines from the last 24 hours… [DEFINITELY take a DEEP breath in…]

📌 Yes, you read that right.
All of those were JUST from the last 24 hours.
As you can imagine, there are hundreds of more than 24 of these headlines daily, which is how this project (one day this will be a book) even got started.
First, I want to thank you for being here; for the simple comments that say ‘thank you’ — all of your words and feedback reassure me that I am not here in this alone.
It means more than you know.
These headlines arrive to my phone constantly, flooding my notifications with noise, distraction, and deflection—they demand I pick up the pieces of a narrative that often obscures the truth and the real motives behind their existence.
As a historian, former educator, advocate, and now lawyer, I track the headlines to keep the record. Not for notoriety. Not for clicks. I had all of that before I started this. No.. this is much more personal. I do it so that no one can ever say, “I didn’t know.”
Yes. You did. And if you didn't, it's because you were willfully ignorant.
I do it so that, when we forget—or are tempted to forget in the chaos of it all—where certain people stood when cruelty became normal, there is evidence; there is a history for accountability.
In a world that rewards cruelty and tries to lull us into silent submission, simply paying attention and trying to keep up like this has become a daily act of resistance.
Feeling anything—empathy, outrage, sorrow—at a time that glorifies the abandonment of compassion like this becomes, in itself, revolutionary.
Staying woke in the face of endless distraction meant to overwhelm you into sleeping on the subjects that matter—is not optional; it is now a necessary requirement for us all.
And coming to the distinct realization that speaking out can put your life and liberty at risk—but knowing that remaining silent is a GUARANTEE of moral compromise—is a moment that can change everything, if you seize it.
I say all that because as I have said for months now… this path of cruelty is unsistainable in the long run.
One day, the dam will break.
And if you’re paying attention, you can already see the fractures.
- Dan Bongino choosing the familiarity of a podcast over proximity to power
- Marjorie Taylor Greene stepping away after years of DJT sycophantry
- Lauren Boebert finally feeling the consequences of a revenge tour she helped normalize
- Indiana GOP rejecting DJT’s gerrymander attempt
- November elections, which followed a year of Dem special election wins
- 5 Senate GOP breaking ranks with DJT on the war powers resolution over Venezuela
- 17 House GOP breaking to extend ACA subsidies
- Countless calling out recent attacks on Jerome Powell, the Federal Reserve, and unnecessary calls to annex Greenland, one of our strongest NATO allies…
These are not coincidences. They are stress fractures.
Hairline cracks spreading under the weight of lies, loyalty tests, and constant escalation.
Mark my words: One by one, they will fall.
Some loudly, spectacularly, in full view.
Some quietly, slipping into obscurity, hoping you and history will not notice.
We will. That is why we are here, after all, is it not?
And all the threats—the bs, the intimidation—will echo into the same empty space they always have. At some point, the DJT threats all start to sound the same, don't they?
The same recycled menace.
The same tired performance.
I know the rhythm well.
I’ve been living in it for over a decade, since DJT 1.0.
This work trained me for it now I think of it: the death threats to me and my children, the loss of jobs, having to move, stalkers, vile messages, packages to my home — the ugliness that follows anyone who refuses to look away and call things for what they are.
I’ve watched people repeatedly enter spaces intentionally—not to engage, not to listen—but hoping you’ll react. Hoping you’ll finally swing or do something compromising.
Because then they get to play victim.
They will always show your reaction, never what provoked it.
They will erase the instigation and amplify the response.
That’s how they move. Always.
Thing is though, over time.. the threats and tactics lose their edge.
The judgments almost become compliments coming from those who have abandoned logic, reason, and basic human decency.
They did with me, and by the looks of things, they are with others who are now openly daring to defy DJT on a regular basis where once upon a time, they wouldn't.
In all that, I have learned this: fear and worry for what MIGHT happen tends to fade when confronted with the reality of harm that IS ALREADY HAPPENING in plain sight.
Because what is there left to fear of what MAY be when Americans are being killed in broad daylight?
When state-sanctioned violence on American streets is normalized.
When provocation is the strategy.
When intimidation is the policy.
When Americans are being killed on camera, the threats of the masked Proud Boys, Oath Keepers, and Boogaloo Boys lose their power.
The masks have changed. Or maybe they haven’t. But I know those dark, emotionless eyes behind them.
The fear is no longer in what MIGHT happen—it is in what already IS: these men are now armed, organized, and emboldened, operating with badges and under color of law.
And J6 proved no one is safe, even the loyal ones who we all saw running for their lives from their own base that day.
The reckoning will come not when we fear them, but when the world SEES them.
Which tells the historian in me, as tragic as this all is — maybe it all had to happen for us to learn. And sadly, it must get worse.
Not because I wish it, but because some people refuse to learn any other way.
And only THEN will this too change.
When fear is no longer abstract.
When the danger is no longer theoretical.
When the cost of enabling cruelty becomes visible, undeniable, and immediate.
THAT is when the dam breaks—not all at once, but in pieces.
And when it does, no amount of DJT shouting or threatening will hold it back.
Because history does not reward the loudest voices—it rewards those who endure. Those who record. Those who bear witness. Those who stand 10-toes down in defiance, even when the world is at its darkest because they know that only THEN can our brightest stars of this generation really shine.
This... is what I mean when I say the longest, not the loudest, win the battle of history.
So… keep your 10 toes down, your chin up, shoulders back, and eyes forward to progress.
Mostly, remember to keep your resolve stubborn and document the record.
This next chapter will be the longest of our lives; so, take a deep breath in… hold… and slowly release. Repeat as needed.
Conserve your energy.
We will need you.
As always…links to sources will be📌’d in the comments below for each.
I will also 📌 my Substack for easier readability for those interested.
See you tomorrow!

The Wall Street Journal noted that many people who use wheelchairs to board planes are “miraculously” able to walk once exiting the plane--seemingly unaware of the common phenomenon of people who are able to walk or stand, but benefit from a wheelchair in certain circumstances due to mobility limitations.
If lab grown meat can be deonsrably proven safe and healthy, I would eat it. - eb
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has publicly voiced opposition to lab-grown meat, arguing that it should be banned nationwide rather than introduced into the U.S. food system. His stance places emerging food biotechnology at the center of a political and cultural debate.
Lab-grown meat, also known as cultivated meat, is produced by growing animal cells in controlled environments without raising or slaughtering animals. Supporters say it could reduce environmental impact and animal suffering, while critics question long-term safety and transparency.
The U.S. has already approved limited sales of cultivated chicken, signaling regulatory openness under agencies like the FDA and USDA. Kennedy’s position directly challenges that regulatory direction.
Farmers’ groups and traditional meat producers often support restrictions, citing threats to rural economies and food traditions. Meanwhile, biotech firms warn that bans could push innovation and investment overseas.
As food technology advances faster than public consensus, the debate reflects a broader question about who decides what qualifies as “real food” in the modern era.
the mercury compound used in some older vaccines (thimerosal) is chemically different from the mercury associated with industrial pollution. They behave differently in the body, and the vaccine form clears far more quickly.
🧪 Two Different Forms of Mercury
Authoritative medical sources make a clear distinction between the two types of mercury people often confuse:
1. Methylmercury (industrial/ environmental mercury)
• Found in contaminated fish and industrial pollution.
• Accumulates in the body and can be harmful at high levels.
• This is the form people worry about with environmental exposure.
• Mentioned by CDC as the type that “stays in the human body and can make people sick”.
2. Ethylmercury (from thimerosal in some vaccines)
• Created when the preservative thimerosal breaks down.
• Clears from the body much faster than methylmercury.
• Does not accumulate in tissues the way methylmercury does.
• CDC and FDA emphasize that ethylmercury and methylmercury are “very different” compounds.
🧴 Why thimerosal was used
• It prevented bacteria and fungi from contaminating multi‑dose vaccine vials.
• Contamination could cause severe illness or death, so a preservative was important.
🚫 Is thimerosal still in vaccines?
• No childhood vaccines in the U.S. have used thimerosal since 2001, except some multi‑dose flu vials.
• Single‑dose flu shots are thimerosal‑free.
• FDA notes that even when used, only trace amounts remain in most modern vaccines.
🧠 Safety findings
• Extensive studies show no link between thimerosal and autism or neurodevelopmental problems.
• Ethylmercury exposure from vaccines is considered safe at the low levels involved.

Gavin Newsom is vowing to stop the proposed billionaire tax in California.
We will vow to stop his candidacy for President.
He is not for the people.
Bottom Line
Oil companies see Venezuela’s reserves as a huge opportunity—but:
• They don’t trust the legal environment.
• They want major reforms before investing.
• They are contradicting Trump’s claims of eager participation.
Right now, the industry’s stance is “interested, but not until Venezuela is fundamentally rebuilt.”
