1. If you have any hobbies or particular interests, I suggest that you seek out threads or topics that might interest you.
2. There may be some people who might want to chat with you on various topics, but may prefer communicating (publicly).
3. Pick topics and threads you are interesting in.
4. Then began conversating (publicly) on the subject matter of a particular thread.
5. Who knows, maybe there are others here on A2k who are interesting in the same things that you are interested in.
6. You don't have to always start a new thread.
7. You can always join a conversation on threads that someone else started.
