Hi-is anyone doing anything special for Women's History Month?

well there certainly is a bunch of women's type things - Last month there was International Women's Day.

Funny story about that - we have a reward type program where we can give co-workers, or our reports a reward some are just a public way of saying thanks - and others have some monetary value where you can trade the points in gifts or gift cards.

Any way we have co-workers overseas and one publicly "thanked" his manager on International Women's Day. In his thank you - he wrote - you are a woman and a manager so Happy International Women's Day.

...guess he did not have anything else to thank her for other than being a woman

This is the month that we have hot steamy sex.
