I am overweight myself so all I can say is be more active, it worked for me. Just excercise didn't seem to work.

do you know what your BMI is? if not, type BMI into google and work it out!
You cannot get rid of stretch marks, but they will fade in time to silvery lines!

Here's the site to find out your ideal weight.

Did you loose a lot of weight recently? Why do you have stretch marks? Are you talking about celulite?

Overweight
well
there is an equation chart whether your weight is in proportion to your height
well you can ask your docotr in this regard and he will calculate that for you
if you are obese do exercise well alongwith a well planned out diet
you can also take natural weight loss pills alongwith the help of your doctor
for stretch marks i think there are good creams available in the market
find out more about them
thanks

For your age and height you might want to lose some weight.

How can I lose it?

You can start by eliminating junk food and snacking when you aren't really hungry. Increase your intake of fruits and vegetables, and be sure to drink 4 glasses of low fat or non fat milk a day.

The best way to lose weight, and keep it off, is to develop healthy eating habits that you can follow for a lifetime.

Weight Watchers offers a very sensible diet plan, and it is fairly easy to follow.

Dieting should be aimed at a gradual weight loss, only a pound or two a week at most. You need to be sure you are getting adequate nutrition to maintain your growth. Crash diets and fad diets are a definite no-no.

Try exercises designed to tighten up the parts of your body you think are too large, and try to increase your overall activity level. Like dieting, exercise should also be done in moderation.
