Native American Aboriginal Pet Ownership Culture

Women owned a dog, in Native society, of the Northeast and Midwest.

When she got married, she'd have to cut up her dog and eat it at the wedding with her husband, to learn to cook.

If he had a daughter, per daughter, he'd have to go out and kidnap a wolf, to be a dog, and train it, with his wife.

This was so he learned how to get his daughter, a husband.

We invented the culture so we'd know who was a traitor, by the refusal to eat a dog on a wedding (he claimed to be against the practice, but was actually stealing and eating dogs outside of the wedding, so he'd marry your daughter without having sex with her).
