I'm still in love with my ex gf, but now she's engaged with someone else and I'm suffering since this February. She's also still texting me but I seldom answer her 'cause every time I see any notification of a message from her I feel bad and sad. Yes I know I'm a friking simp, but what should I do? She's asked me why i'm avoiding her recently and I've always said that it's because of school. but it isn't the real reason. Should I tell her everything? Or just ask her to break up all it remains of our "friendship"?

Don't text with her. Block her.
All that happens (as you've seen) is your wounds open right back up again. She may be utterly oblivious to the fact that she's twisting the knife. But she is.
If she reaches you and asks, tell her the truth. You need space and time to properly mourn the end of your relationship.
She's eating you because you're feeding her. Break it clean.
