Long story but let me say that even back in 1982 I found the Hungarian police far more pleasant than their colleagues in Czechoslovakia or Yugoslavia :wink:

oh well, I don't mean to ruin your illusions, but the situation might be different now...
At least a Hungarian copper never shoved an Ak-47 in my face (Czechoslovakia) or swore at me in German (Yugoslavia) :wink:
