Pain on epididymis

I’ve been using the antibitics for about 3 weeks and get a relief. But recentky, it comes back and I can feel symptoms worse. Should I continue the antibitics? Or change another? A friend tried a herbal medicine named diuretic and anti-inflammatory pill and cured. I decided to give it a try. Any tips?
