Torn frenulum, less pleasure in orgasms

I'm new here, this is my first post. I'm asking this question because I'm worried and confused... My frenulum didn't really completely break, but sometimes it tears a bit and there's blood on it, and then when it cures there is scar tissue. The issue with all of this is that now I don't feel that much pleasure at all when I have an orgasm... It doesn't even feel painful, just empty. I'm worried about the fact that I could have permanent damage, I don't know...
