A2K Fantasy Premier League 2021-22

Tyrone all-Ireland champions. I'd hate to be a Mayo fan. I used to have sympathy for them and like practically every one else is the country hoped this would finally be their year. But the perennial losers were hopeless on Saturday and that's the last bit of sympathy they'll get from me.

All quiet this w/e thanks to the Internationals.

Ireland finally won their first game under Stephen Kenny and even though it was a meaningless win, Ireland can't qualify for the World Cup, it was a win nonetheless.

The USA play Panama tonight. They top their group with Mexico and are looking good to qualify for Qatar. I hope they do, Mexico too.

More importantly in our league last years wooden spooner has hit the ground running.
Biggus Dickus .... I mean TwowHimToTheFloaw are 6pts clear in the Head to Head and a massive 70pts clear in the Classic.

They'll face the Tea Team next while the Unforgiven host the Riders.

Played my wildcard this week, stuffing my team with Man City and Chelsea players as they have easy opposition.

None of my Chelsea picks have started, including Captain Lukaku who is injured it appears. Another player is out as well.

To compound matters, I've just realised that I meant to play my 'free hit', rather than wildcard. Now I'm stuck with that team until the 2nd half of the season. My original team was doing so well!

Just as well McG beat you Imur, you were running away with it there for a while.
We're the same order in both leagues.
Have to say the Riders and the Tea team are well off the pace in the Classic League in which TwowHimToTheFloaw have a 33 pt lead on the Unforgiven.

It's a lot closer in the Head to Head League with only 9 pts between top and bottom.
I'll give you a heads up Imur that might give you a chance to somewhat repair your team.
You're playing me (Unforgiven) next and I'm going into the game minus 8 pts.
