How to look younger by 10 years than your actual age? Any food can help?
Why do you want to look 10 years younger than you are?
Combine tomato juice, a jigger of worcestershire sauce ,
a dash of lemon juice, a bit of horseradish and black pepper.
Stir well.
Add 2 ounces of vodka and pour over ice into a pint glass.
Do this religiously several times a day, every day, and in ten years you won't care how you look.
Good for you foods
Here is a link to a list. I saw this Dr Perrocone on Oprah a few days ago. He claims that if you do nothing more than switch from coffee to green tea you will drop 10# in 6 weeks. I went right out and bought some. But I also stocked up on the other foods he recommends.

The whole show was about looking 10 years younger and included stuff on hair, weight, skin, fashion and what's in your fridge.

Far out. I think that's one for the philosophy forum.
In regard to this thread, circus peanuts and tequila seems to be keeping me young, healthy, and unwilling/unable to leave the house.
I have heard that eating a blueberry every 5 minutes for 10 years works wonders on the complexion, it is supposed to make one look younger. (another method would be to just eat a few dozen blueberries twice daily for life).
Have fruit juices & vegetables , milk ,Spinach ..
It will makes you young & healthy ...
