CPS Civil Rights Violations?

CPS came and took my daughter Lilly last week. THEY NEVER CONTACTED ME!!!
Mom is bi polar and had a manic episode last year and cheated on me becoming pregnant.
She had the baby Wed, I DID NOT EVEN KNOW, then CPS got a positive test.
I have no criminal record what so ever, I don't live with her never have.
I am the NON CUSTODIAL Parent and want my child to live with me now or at least till Mom can get better. She does feel bad and remorseful she says.
Robert on the CPS emergency line said, "Sorry William nobody called you?" He said, "somebody will call me Monday tomorrow".

DO I GO TO THE OFFICE MONDAY OR TO A LAWYER.
I DON'T HAVE LOTS OF MONEY I JUST WORK AT A CANNERY 38 HOURS A WEEK!?

Her prior daughter from another man was taken by CPS and placed with her Mom in FL some years back before our daughter.
I am working all week and she was just a blast from the past and I saved her in every way a person can be saved.
Now our Lilly is at a home full of people she does not know during a pandemic.
It is sort of my fault trying to help a mental ill person. It worked for 6 years. If anybody can offer any advice or help for tomorrow I would greatly appreciate it.

DO I REALLY HAVE TO WAIT FOR A HEARING TO GET HER IN MY HOME???
CAN THEY KEEP HER LONGER IF I REQUIRE THEM TO GET A WARRENT FOR THE SEARCH OF MY HOME OR TESTING OF MY BLOOD??
I want to work with CPS but I don't want them for one second to think I am like the former custodial parent or am some how in it with her.
I just hope I see my little Lilly soon.
