Are all mobile phones immune to satellite radiation?

Hi. I know this sounds like a weird question. I know mobile phones give off radiation, and most mobile phones I assume are powered by towers. There are some mobile phones out there that are powered by satellites.

Are all mobile phones in general immune to satellite radiation?

Can any mobile phone pick up satellite signals and not be damaged by them?

Please help. Thank you.

First of all, electromagnetic radiation is all around us all the time from countless transmitters and doesn't harm anything, except in a few cases too unusual to even be mentioned. These devices have tuning circuits which only pass the frequency they are set for so they "don't hear" other signals.
