How do I fix the "Could not create the Java Virtual Machine" error?

When I try to open Minecraft, I get the a popup that (The parts in parenthises arent on there) says:

(Title) Java Virtual Machine Launcher

(The text) Error: Could not create the Java Virtual Machine.

Error: A fatal exception has occurred. Program will exit.

It has "OK" and it closes the game (The game does not open, but it does open the Java icon on the toolbar)

After that, the Minecraft launchers crash thing comes up.

I have tried going to Environment Variables and changing _JAVA_OPTIONS into the variable name and then putting –Xmx512M into the variable value (I have tried different numbers for –Xmx512(<-- Here)M).

I did not have this problem before today, it is the first time ever for me. I was having lag spikes in the game, so I added the _JAVA_OPTIONS and put in –Xmx512M (different number) and 8192 after it (1GB of RAM is 1024MB of RAM so 1024 x 8 = 8192 for 8gb of RAM). Then after about 1 hour of playing, I closed Minecraft. When I reopened it, it gave the error for the first time.

Minecraft 1.12.2 (Latest launcher)

Other apps (Steam, Opera Internet Browser, File Explorer, sothers) are working

I deleted the Java 8 update 101, but it still happens.

Other versions dont work either (I treid 1.12.2, 1.13.2, 1.14.2, 1.11.2 (When I did 1.1.2, the log doesnt have any fatal warning or other warnings sometimes. (Game doesnt open still) ->
