Why do I constantly get a page telling me about WiFi, Bluetooth and airplane mode on my smartphone?

Hi. I have a ZTE Tempo X Boost Mobile Android phone. Sometimes I get a webpage in Google Chrome on my phone that says that I am offline, and that I should make sure airplane mode is off and that I should make sure WiFi and Bluetooth are turned on. This happens quite often, but why?

Why do I get this page sometimes when I want to use Google Chrome on my phone? This is annoying. I constantly have to go into Settings and check to make sure WiFi and Bluetooth are on; the system often tells me they are disconnected even though the switches for both say "on" so I have to toggle the switches off then on again so I can use Chrome. I don't even know why airplane mode comes on sometimes, once in a blue moon but I have to make sure that's off if it's on just to use Chrome. I am not in a plane.

Why do I often have to check the settings to make sure they are where they are supposed to be just so I can use Chrome on my phone?

Is there something wrong with my phone?

Please help. Thank you.

@JGoldman10,
Does anyone here have an Android phone? Does anyone here know what I am talking about?

Why is this question not being answered?
