Could you please list all of the differences between common English pronunciation of letters and Netherlandish pronunciation? (that is, if both use /l/ or /m/ the same, skip those letters, but explain double vowels, marked vowels, consonant clusters, and letters just treated diferrently)

How would I say, 'I'm a vegetarian' or 'I don't eat meat or fish'? I have problems asking for things without meat or explaining in that I don't eat fish either.
