Was A2K attacked?

Hours ago, clicking the link to able2know triggered "Service Unavailable" page which said "PHP did not respond properly to the request. As a result, Apache considers the PHP-FPM service to be unavailable.
.......The root cause of this error is often slow PHP code......."

The page lasted for almost a day. A2K could not be visited, whether from China or America.
Okay now. It just recovered and I posted this thread.

@oristarA,
No, it was not attacked. We had a hosting issue that has been corrected.

If so, why not posted a normal notice for users? The "Service Unavailable" page was so unusual and scary, I wondered whether it was a cyberspace war staged in the ongoing US presidential campaigns that signaled the great American tradition of "the peaceful transfer of authority" being in deep trouble.

I sure hope that Able2know is being hardened against cyber attack. The future of American democracy may depend on it.

@oristarA,
We're not responsible for the message on the page that the hosting company tossed onto the site.

And please, stop with the conspiracy theory. It has nothing to do with the election.
