Is my divorced middle aged female supervisor flirting with me ?

Within the first week at work my boss and me struck up a conversation about how both of us use to work at the same company at different times and how this new company was a refreshing change and for no reason while talking to her, she put her right hand on the middle of my back and starts rubbing me straight up and down while we were talking and after that the hands started becoming more frequent on me.

She has come up from behind me and put both her hands around my neck when i made a mistake at work.

She's has walked up to me while working and started bumping her hand on my thigh to get my attention.

She's has walked by me and patted me on the back and playfully slapped me and also some suggestive comments.

She's asked me to dance with her in the warehouse with her.

If the last one doesn't mean 100% she likes me then I'm throwing in the towel cause, I don't know what her game is.

It have been weirder if she had " asked me to dance with an associate in the warehouse with her."

Call it nostalgia, call it an old man's salute to his past, but I swear I read a symbolic, cosmic "Imagine my surprise ..." in there somewhere.

I understand just fine that she is, I'm 32, but, I am very puzzled why a veteran supervisor of 24 years at her job is risking two peoples livelihoods by doing this.

Then why did you start a thread asking if this person is flirting with you, if you understand just fine that she is?

HEY! Here's an idea that's so crazy it might just work!

Tell her you're uncomfortable with this. Have another co-worker present as a witness.
Let HR know you told her this.

If she does it again, report to HR.
