Yes, though people can use other sites and apps (Zoom, Whats App, Google Meet, Facebook Messenger) on their smartphones to do video calls.

There has been a significant increase of people using video calls for meetings and classes during the pandemic.

The instructor who usually teaches his voice over course through the Continuing Ed Dept. of my old art school isn't teaching his course this semester. I have to figure out what I need to do to get the professional voice acting training I want and need.

Considering everything going on right now, including your home situation, is it really necessary to get voice acting training right now?

As far as I can tell, you are not exactly ready to do any animation work at home. It seems like you putting the cart before the horse, trying to do step 5 before even completing step 1.

If you mean regarding the situation with Covid-19, no that's not really important right now. Neither is getting the training I need to produce comics professionally, and getting the tools, equipment, material and resources I need to produce animation and comics right now. This can wait.

This doesn't mean I can't write and draw stuff and practice vocal characterizations in the mean time.

There are venues with which I can learn how to voice act professionally online. There are instructors running online programs for this.

I'm still working on getting my personal financial situation and my mother's sorted out, dealt with and in order, and our biz with Social Security. And my situation regarding employment.

At least my mother and I finally got to speak to an ombudsman who can help us.

On top of this I'm working on getting my personal health together. I have some concerns about my health. I need to make another physician's appointment, I need to see my dentist, I would like to be seen by a physical therapist and get on some kind of daily exercise regiment and I'd like to be seen by a nutrionist/dietician or some kind of health specialist who can make sure I'm eating properly.
