If you lose any weight after a workout, it is due to water loss and will return immediately after you've had a good, healthy drink of water.
I
can tell you that you will start losing weight and noticing it for real within a week if you are exercising daily *and* on a diet. In four or five weeks you'll notice a definite improvement in your body tone. Also note... you cannot spot-train and lose weight in one spot (like your belly). Weight comes off slowly and fat comes off from all over if you're exercising regularly. Remember, muscle weighs more than fat, it just compresses better.
