I want to lose some weight though I am not sure what to take that can help with that. I think I will be less sad if I can do that. Does anyone know of anything I can take to help lose some weight. Any advice would be cool. Thanks.
Eat less, exercise more.
There is no secret in the secret ingredient soup.
That being said, that simple advice is stupid hard to do.\
First drink water. I mean a lot of water. You know how you think you had enough water? Drink more water. Like stupid amounts of water. (4 liters/day minimum.)
Start there, eat les **** during the day, stop eating after 7pm. NOTHING after 7pm.
Eat comfort food on the weekend but healthy during the week.
Get more exercise. You don't need to train for the Olympics, but walk more. Take stairs when you can.
