Please my marriage is 5 years. But its has been 5 years OF fight and unrest between me and my wife. She curse me, curse my mother,my sisters in fact there no single respect for my mother.This has usually caused discouragement in the marriage. We have two kids boy and girl.
My question is this, have fall in love with a lady and she make me feel what real love stand for. Now i what to marry her. What can i do?How can i go about it?
Please advice me.

The answer is your title. What is stopping you from filing for divorce?
And don't tell me it's your children. Staying married for their sake is a terrible decision.

Nothing to add here - you need to focus on either ending your current marriage or making it better.
Once you decide - you can then move on or make what you have currently better.
