We used to go to a club together (im a minor, no, It was an out of school activity thing or something like that) and hang out, I was a different person back then and I've changed now. I can get her number from a friend but I don't know what to do after that, and no. I can't see her in person yet.

How are you and your family holding up these days? How are you keeping busy?
That sort of thing. Light small talk. Be your friendly, kind self and keep things light until you can see each other again.

Just text her and say how are you? then if she reply and have a long conversion that's your chance to ask if she like to go out with you.
