how straight should a back be. im a teen ager and people tell me that my back is like an old man's back. like its dented which means not straight!
t g - when I was in school, there was a yearly spine check. Some professional (usually the gym teacher) checked to see if our spines were straight. When one's spine is not straight, when there's a curvature of the spine, the student would be pushed to take further action to correct that curve. Do you have these tests at school?
Do you go to annual check ups with your doctor?
