My child's father is recovering from several broken ribs, is on oxygen can not walk very far distances and can not lift anything above his head. With his health would my child be considered in an unsafe environment while on visit with him
I would guess it would depend on the age of your child and also if there is anyone there that can help.
Also is there any way you can help? I would think it is important for your chikd to have time with his or her father so I would hope you would want to see how best to accommodate this while ensuring your child is in a safe environment.
It sounds like you are trying to use this poor man's situation so you do not need to have your child spend time with the dad.
