So I am going through a custody battle in Wyoming. If my ex husband snuck into my house and took pictures of my house (saying things like draino is near toothbrushes and kitty litter box needs cleaned) would he be able to use these photos in court?

I can't imagine that would be the case.
However this is something you should talk to your lawyer about. You have a lawyer, right?
File a police report about a B&E ( breaking and entering) at your home, then Get a PPO against him.
