This explains all that he is. He needs the constant adulation afforded a religious icon, but he also needs to be the strong man ruling with an iron fist. The orange part, the scalp surgery, and over-grooming like an aging film queen trying to regain her youth by repetitive face lifts, represents his overwhelming vanity like an insecure teenaged girl.
