Okay so my girlfriend gave me a handjob and the semen and pre semen got on her hands and fingers.
She used a baby wipe or wet wipe (one of the two, I don’t remember) to wipe off the semen and pre semen.
She then touched her vagina - could the semen and pre semen still be alive, thus risking pregnancy?
Would the baby wipes or wet wipes kill the sperm?
I think I’m overthinking this but I need some reassurance here! 😞

Yes you are overthinking this. It is highly unlikely that she could get pregnant that way. Pregnancies happen when you ejaculate inside of a woman's vagina... and even then it isn't certain.
That being said, this is sexual play. It is time for you to to start being responsible. You should have condoms available and be talking openly about birth control.
