10% benzoyl peroxide, oxy 10 for example, but anything will do. you just have to apply it to your whole face, daily. if that doesn't help, there's accutane, a prescription drug, but it has side effects so try the 10% bp first. good luck.

Step one is to ensure you are not constipated (sorry, but it has to be mentioned)
Step two is to apply a paste of kaolin powder (available from a chemist,), sulpher powder and metholated spirits to your face or where ever you are affected. Make sure you cover your eyes, it is far easier is someone else applies it. It will feel quite warm, this is normal. Let it dry untill it is starting to crack, them remove it by covering the paste with a hot, wet towel.
The subacous glands open up from the heat generated by the mixture as it drys, the sulpher nutralises the infected area, and the kaolin absorbs the expelled matter without the need for squeezing.

it is unlikely that anything will help. When I was that age (8 years ago), I also had severe acne. You can try the things that are mentioned in the posts above, but be sure that you don't harm your face more than it is now already done by the acne.
only one advise: have some patience for a couple of years. And believe me or not: acne makes you a stronger person.

ACNE
I also have Acne but, I have more that alot of acne it has broken out over my neck face and back severely. I have tried all the name brand face treatments (proactive, murad, acne free) and none have helped.
I'm 15 and have had bad acme from the age of 11 and my parents don't want me to see a Dermatologist, but I will be seeing a dietician about it soon. Is there any thing more you can recommend that will help long
term. any help will be appreciated.

Sometimes patience and washing the face is the key. My brother suffered pretty serious acne when he was about 13 - and I encouraged him to wash his face every day at least twice - I suspected his acne was due to build up of sweat (He sweats excessively and did a lot of sport back then). He did wash his face in the morning and in the afternoon, as well as just waiting. It's three years later now and his face is all cleared up. he didn't use any creams or Vitamin E - just washed and waited.

I guess it differs for everyone...sorry. For my brother it was just sweat. Some may suffer hormonal difficulties, others it is just hereditary.

Acne
hello
well thats a problem
wash your face as often as you can
these are some causes of acne

# Acne is often genetic
# Some medications and steroids
# Heavy or oily make up
# Over abrasive cleansing

* Astringent facial products can dry the skin out causing the body to create even more sebum to compensate
* Use of harsh exfoliators can damage existing spots and spread infection
* Picking or squeezing of blackheads, whiteheads and spots can send the infection deeper into the skin and cause scarring

yo can try out Acne Clear skin gel
