You get 4 points for each correct pick in the Conference Round.

Only InfraBlue, CowDoc, and McGentrix have possibility of getting two
correct. Ragman, Maxine, cherrie, and lmur cannot get any correct. The
rest of us have the possibility of getting one correct.
