i am tryin to get big but at the same time lose only chest fat. should i eat a lot and bench and workout or should i go on a diet and then start eating a lot to get big????????
kool, I note that chest fat is your interest. Some level of chest fat accumulation is genetic in origin, and exercise is of no use to make it disappear.
My wish for you is that you accept you own body and thrive with it, and go on to a sense of stature.
