I'm looking for some glossary about failure of nuts and bolts, especially that of nuts' inner thread(or groove). But since there are only a few kind of these failures. So I can find them in the sea of websites: I think I got one : "disengagement", is that right? Can you give me some more?

Stripped Threads

might be a good starting point of a search. That's what we call it when the threads are pulled out. Were you looking for causes of failure?
