A motorist following signalled that something was wrong,so he stopped and he had £20 coming out of his racksack.

Apparently parents were letting/encourageing their children to cross the busy motorway in order to steal the cash, where the children could have been seriously injured or killed by passing cars!

Just heard on the radio the guy lost £10,000.
Only £500 was handed back.
