what is the average time to lose chest fat when doing cardio exercises every day and benching and cutting the calories? just the time(in days,weeks.....)

You can't pinpoint fat loss to a specific body part.
And there's no straight answer to your question. It depends on the individual's metabolism, diet, workouts. Too many variables. Just stay consistent and you'll lose fat.
