President Trump has been described as racist and sexist. I've described him as a "racist sexist Nazi kook". The whole world knows what a big racist he is. I need not go into detail about that. He has tried to run the U.S. like some kind of dictator.

He has a record of saying sexist things since taking office:

We know prior to becoming president he became infamous for his "grab women by the you-know-what" comment. This sparked the 2017 Women's March on Washington, D.C. which grew into a worldwide protest a day after Trump was inaugurated into office.

When I read your thread question correction, I thought you were trying to defend Trump's sexist behavior, by excluding aspects of his sexist behavior from the discussion.

That's not pornography, it's Art.

It's a sculpture of Trump, and if that's pornographic then so is Michelangelo's David.

I have seen it. I queued up for about an hour and a half in Florence to see the original. There is a copy in the streets standing where the original once stood, but I wanted to see the real thing.

It's quite big, and the hands and feet are quite veiny when you get close up.

That statue of Trump is offensive.

I took anatomy drawing in art school. We drew nudes because we had to know how to draw the human form.

The David statue isn't offensive.

Why is one offensive and not the other? David's figure is classically beautiful while Trump's is quite grotesque but that doesn't make it offensive.

The statue is not engaged in lewd behaviour, its staring straight ahead and its penis is not erect.

Would it be offensive if it was clothed, and if not why?

I genuinely cannot see your point here. If you'd said they were both offensive, you'd be consistent and I could understand that. I don't agree with it, but I cannot see why one is offensive and the other isn't.

The Trump statue was designed to mock Trump. I don't see much difference between that statue and the artwork depicting Trump that American comedian and actor Jim Carrey produced and has showcased on social media.

A lot of Carrey's art is NSFW.

So if something is satirical it's not Art. That gets rid of quite a lot, Hogarth springs to mind.

The Trump statue is an effigy. Something designed to mock and berate Trump. It's not a complimentary thing.
