What do you think about this card?

What do you think about this? My husband received this card from a flight attendant after his round trip to India. The attendant was on both this departure and return from LAX to India. Supposedly my husband told him he was married, and they text several times while he was in India and after he got home. I found while looking for something else in my husband’s backpack. This was a trip he took May 30 for a funeral.
The envelope was addressed to Boo Boo with an infinity type symbol. The inside was as follows:
I am so grateful and blessed that we had a chance to connect. As I am enjoying our times together immensely! You are such a thoughtful, kind, sweet, intelligent, and I appreciate very much.
Here’s to many more times together-

We have been married 5 years and in a relationship for 10.
