I don't know what to tell you Hotgirl. Child Support is a legal matter. There is no other way to settle this or to force your ex to do anything. Only a lawyer can help you.
All we can offer you here is sympathy (or abuse in the case of some people here). I can't think of any thing that would be of any use other than to suggest you find some way to get a lawyer.
