"Troll" has many meanings, but if you've encountered the word on the internet, especially in a forum, it generally refers to a person who posts (or the act of posting) a message for the purpose of insulting those who respond. The term comes mostly from the verb that describes a certain type of fishing technique where bait (or a lure) is trailed on a line behind a slow-moving boat.
The term for someone who trolls is "troller" so it's not inconceivable that, for the internet definition, "troll" was substituted because it also refers to a generally unpleasant beast from Scandinavian mythology.
thank you Valpower now it is clear
you are kind to answer!!

(Francis? Setanta? Danload?)
Humour décalé - this is when you shift to another unusuall form of humour.
I would say it's the humour form of "politically uncorrect".
