Well, I am of no use to you since I have close to no sense of smell, but since I don't, I have sort of paid attention to these matters over the years.
If you indeed have terrible breath, it is surely not from the hygeine practice you describe - you sound like you do it very well, but from decay of teeth - in which case you really need to see a dentist.
Or, it can be from enterological functions - from your gastrointestinal tract.
Do you have access to a dentist or a medical doctor, kool?
There is one type of "breath" fresher I have used that works from the stomach. I can't remember the name, but you should be able to find it in any pharmacy. It is a gel capsule that when swallowed works from your stomach. It is great for garlic and onion.
Most bad breath eminates from the tongue. Brush your tongue.
Your problems are over!!!
go to Edit [Moderator]: Link removed.. its a site by a dentist/microbiologist. they have every bit of information known to man that will explain why you have bad breath.. they also have the best products on earth that will neutralize the odor instantly and keep it away if you use it 2-3 x a day. The best news however is that recenly a microbiologist/reasearcher in new zealand discovered that people with bad breath were missing some beneficial bacteria called streptoccus salivarious, likely because at some point some antibiotics destroyed them...thus likely the time you began having bad breath. Anyway...they have developed some pro-biotics that you use as a mouthwash and it replaces the beneficial bacteria, and basically cures the bad breath. If you go to the therabreath website you can find the link to the AKTIV K12 product (BLIS) and watch videos of the discovery and read some FAQ's. It is a 30 day program of rinsing, but i was cured after the very first dose. I still can't belive it. 10 years of bad breath, gone in less than 5 minutes. GOOD LUcK!!
