His name is Michael Felt, was 2nd in command at the FBI during Nixon's time.
It was he who coined the phrase`follow the money'
Here is a man, Mark Felt, who was angered and jealous because Nixon didn't choose him as FBI director after the death of Hoover. A turncoat, a traitor. Now, his family wants money? Is Felt "following the money?"
I understand that he never said the phrase`follow the money'
I don't know if Felt said "follow the money." But, it seems he is following the money by accepting cash for outing himself. I am disappointed in him not because of what he did, but for the reasons behind the act. Now, his family needs money and Felt can tell-all and get paid. I haven't said there is something wrong in that decision.
