If you're 49 and he's 48 now, and you met when you were 40 and 31 that doesn't quite add up.

And you've known each other for 18 years - makes even less sense.

You originally wrote that you were 40 and 31 when you met.

You need to proof read what you write before you post it, your posts are already hard enough to understand without adding mistakes like that.

If this guy has not moved into a relationship after 18 years, he’s not going to marry you or treat you with any more respect now.

You ask us what we think. We think he is crude and rude. He uses you for sex and then talks about that in front of his cousin. That is disrespectful to you.

n the whole 18 yrs we have known each other but we weren't together. i had even gotten married like 5 yrs after that and divorced . We had lost touch in 2005. We used to be neighbors in an apt complex but he moved. I had met someone and got married but then divorced. So we reconnected on Facebook in 2012.
We are back and forth. He has brought me around his children and nephew before . We even went out to eat. I stayed all night at his house and I am the one who had to leave because I had to work but he wanted to hang out.
He has brought me flowers , wine etc. We are just like this because we've known each other for a while now.
I think his cousin needed her car back and she kept calling to see where he was with her car.I am not saying you're not correct but just giving you more details
