i asked a question that relates to this before.im not fat but have a lot of chest fat or "big titties".i have been doin jump ropes every day for like 3 weeks, i can see a very light difference on how my chest looks like now.my question is how many calories should i be taking eery day if i want to loose the chest fat in a vey short time and make my chest look better??
